This anime is set in a parallel world where a Japanese otaku named Shinichi is recruited by the government to help improve Japan’s relations with this alternate world. With his vast knowledge of otaku culture, Shinichi sets out to introduce Japanese anime and video games to the people of this world and create a bridge between the two cultures.
